مرحبًا بك في تطبيق دار أوف للخدمات العقارية. نحن ملتزمون بحماية خصوصيتك وضمان أمان بياناتك الشخصية. توضح هذه السياسة كيفية جمع واستخدام وحماية ومشاركة المعلومات عند استخدامك للتطبيق في الجمهورية اليمنية.
باستخدامك للتطبيق، فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة. إذا لم توافق، يرجى التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق فورًا.
معلومات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، العنوان، معلومات الملف الشخصي.

تفاصيل العقارات (للعارضين): الموقع، الوصف، السعر، الصور، مقاطع الفيديو، معلومات الملكية..
بيانات الاستخدام: تفاعلك مع التطبيق، عمليات البحث، الوقت والتاريخ.
إعدادات اللغة ونوع الجهاز.
تشغيل وتحسين التطبيق: إدارة الحساب، عرض العقارات، تسهيل التواصل.
التحقق من الهوية: ضمان الثقة والأمان على المنصة.
التواصل معك: إشعارات، دعم، مواد تسويقية (بموافقتك).
تخصيص التجربة: عرض محتوى مناسب لك.
منع الاحتيال: اكتشاف الأنشطة المشبوهة.
الامتثال القانوني: تنفيذ الالتزامات القانونية والتنظيمية.
مع المستخدمين الآخرين: مثل معلومات التواصل بعد الموافقة وتفاصيل العقار.
مع مزودي الخدمة: مثل خدمات الاستضافة أو التحقق من الهوية.

يمكن لمستخدمي تطبيق دار أوف للخدمات العقارية طلب حذف حسابهم والبيانات المرتبطة به بإحدى الطريقتين:
1. من داخل التطبيق:
الملف الشخصي ← النزول إلى أسفل الصفحة ← حذف حسابي.
2. بدون استخدام التطبيق:
إذا لم يعد التطبيق مثبتًا لديك أو تعذر عليك تسجيل الدخول، يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني:

وإرسال رقم الهاتف المرتبط بالحساب حتى نتمكن من التحقق من ملكية الحساب وتنفيذ الطلب.
عند قبول طلب حذف الحساب، سيتم حذف الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة به، باستثناء أي بيانات يلزم الاحتفاظ بها مؤقتًا لأسباب قانونية أو أمنية مشروعة، إن وجدت.
يمكن كذلك حذف بعض المحتوى الذي أنشأه المستخدم، مثل العقارات المنشورة، من داخل التطبيق دون الحاجة إلى حذف الحساب بالكامل.

Please include the phone number associated with your account so we can verify account ownership and process the deletion request.
When an account deletion request is completed, the account and associated user data will be deleted, except for any information that may need to be retained temporarily for legitimate legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, where applicable.
Users may also delete certain content, such as their property listings, without deleting the entire account.
